Iran's minister of energy said on Wednesday that the country has a three-year period to change its temporary membership in Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to a permanent one.

Iranian Petroleum Minister Bijan Zangeneh arrived in Moscow, Russia on Wednesday to participate in the 21st Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), the Russian Energy Week International Meeting and to hold talks with the member states.

European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini says the remaining parties to the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, have expressed their commitment to preserving the agreement, stressing, however, that there are increasing difficulties ahead.
